(AP) - MOSCOW - A respected online publication claims that an AIDS outbreak at two children's hospitals in the Central Asian nation of Uzbekistan has killed at least 14 children and left 133 infected with HIV. Daniil Kislov, the editor of Ferghana.ru, said the 2007 outbreak of the virus that causes AIDS was first reported in a documentary produced by Uzbek prosecutors for government television.
